Founded in 2012 by Mugu Mir—a well-known tour guide active in Mongolia’s travel industry since 2008—Mir Expeditions reflects her commitment to care, integrity, and authentic travel. With close friends managing operations and family supporting international relations, Mir Expeditions is a proudly Mongolian team with a global outlook.

Our company is officially registered and certified by the Mongolian Tourism Organization (MTO), a government body under the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism that promotes and develops Mongolia’s tourism sector.

We use properly configured left-hand drive vehicles to match Mongolia’s right-hand traffic.
